I’ve been going here for over a year and my physical therapist Ian has been amazing. He explains every part of my care and he also teaches me strategies to use at home. All the staff especially Ian and Kim are so friendly and kind. Kim is the nurse practitioner and she’s helped me decrease my pain through the trigger injections to loosen my muscles and even serves as a mentor when I need advice. Everyone is very professional and they even take time to explain anything I don’t understand such as when Kim explains the sonogram results to me. I love going here and it’s been a great experience for me!

Forest Hills Rehabilitation has been excellent over the past several weeks of treatment. They’ve been attentive to my needs and have always made me feel comfortable with their friendliness and professionalism. Excellent service all around, from reception to the treatment room.

I have been going for therapy @ this rehab since early June of 2024 till present. I have Not regretted choosing Forest Hills Rehab. Very friendly environment and my personal therapist Dennis is super amazing. He knows what he’s doing and I can confidently guaranteed maximum result. The whole staff are very respectful and professional. James is my acupuncturist who helps me to relax massively after hard day work. Nurse Practitioner Kim is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this rehab center to anyone expecting higher standard care.

Dennis is the best PT ever! When I described my pain he ensures what it causes and give the right treatment. Forest Hills Rehabilitation is very welcoming and friendly environment. The entire staff is great! Dr. Ray, Kim, James, Arvin, Ian, Charisma and Arnold are very kind and professional! My husband and my son are also their patients! I highly recommend this place.

This facility is one of the best if not the best. The place is clean and the staff are kind, courteous and really know their stuff. I play bowling and have had my fair share of injuries lifting and throwing those heavy balls. I've went and had therapies from this provider thrice and have always had very positive results with all sessions enabling me to play the sport I love again. I highly recommend getting treated by Forest Hills Rehab.

Great place for physical therapy, efficient, upbeat, friendly and clean! I was able to get appointment quickly; evaluation with Dr Ray was eye opening and in some ways life changing. With regular visits back pain was gone and what's even more important I got to learn some exercises to help relieve stress, stretch, relax and prevent shoulder and back tightness and pain. Everyone is very friendly and engaging, great Team! Thank you Dr Ray, Dennis, Karishma, James, Ian, Gabby, Angela, Arvin and Arnold!

Everyone gets old and starts having issues here and there, and it is finally HITTING me! I woke up one day with pain in my left arm and I ignored for weeks thinking it would go away, and it didn't. I am so glad I came to this physical therapy clinic in my neighborhood. It is my first time and I felt significantly better after just one week of treatment. Here are a few highlights: - This practice has nurse practitioner, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, gym all in one. So I was able to see multiple providers in one appointment and only pay the co-pay once - Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable - Call ahead for them to make sure your insurance works with them, even if it looks like it might be out-of-network - I was able to book next day appointment and receive immediate relief (compared to the other place I called which had a week wait time) The only thing I would say could be improved for the future would be to make the clinic nicer and increase privacy.

This is hands down the most efficient office I’ve been to in my entire life. From the minute you walk in. They communicate so well with one another. You can just tell they enjoy working with one another. As far as physical therapy and acupuncture I see Dennis and James. When I tell you those two have the hands of gold. I reccomend everyone I know to this place. I work in healthcare myself and have never come across an office as effecient, caring and compassionate as them. Thank you guys so much for all that you do!

I had an epidural injection today, and I can honestly say it was one of the easiest and most comfortable medical procedures I’ve ever experienced. The doctor was absolutely amazing professional, patient, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. From the moment the procedure started, he made me feel calm, informed, and reassured every step of the way. His expertise and gentle approach made what I expected to be a stressful experience feel smooth and almost effortless. I truly appreciate the level of care, precision, and kindness he showed throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize his staff, who were equally amazing. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. It is rare to find a medical office where both the physician and staff provide such outstanding care and support.
